Sr Retail Marketing Manager

The Sr. Retail Activation Manager is responsible for developing and executing the marketing initiatives that will drive retail traffic and conversion, while enhancing the brand and delivering results. This position will ensure that the creative treatment of the in-store & direct retail experience accurately, effectively, and appropriately, reflects our marketing/merchandising initiatives. The Sr. Retail Activation Manager reports to the Director of Marketing.Requirements:ResponsibilitiesIdentifies and manages all marketing resources within the specific market for top accountsBuilds relationships with key partners such as retailers, licensors, or corporate partners to develop brand building initiativesEnforces brand Visual Merchandising standards to all levels of retailContribute to the strategic planning process for each retailer by working closely with salesEstablish and communicate strategic retail priorities to the creative team in advance of floorset, window display, signage and collateral development
